Allan started his fiber career in Sweden, selling door to door. That work teaches you quickly what customers care about: a connection that works, clear information and a straight answer.
He later moved to the US and spent several years working with fiber and telecom companies across the country, learning the American market from the inside, from local industry standards to large-scale projects.
He wanted to build a company that pairs Swedish fiber experience with the service American customers expect. Noa, who brings a background in sales and a solid grasp of the technology, shared that goal, and together they founded Nordic Fiber Solutions.
Today we work with small and mid-sized fiber ISPs across the US. We prepare new areas and prove the demand before our clients build. We also run field sales teams that sign up customers, and recruit sales reps and leaders for ISPs with their own teams.
